Beginning in Delhi and Agra, discover the architectural grandeur of the Mughal era before continuing to the bird-rich wetlands of Keoladeo Ghana National Park and the renowned tiger habitats of Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. The journey then unfolds through the royal city of Jaipur and the rugged landscapes of Sariska Tiger Reserve, where ancient forts, historic palaces and thriving wildlife coexist amidst the Aravalli Hills.

Days 01 - 02 : Arrive Delhi

Days 1-2

Old and New Delhi

A warm airport reception with fresh floral garlands. A full day covering Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Raj Ghat and Jama Masjid, then a Rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk and the aromatic spice market, with a photo stop at the Red Fort.

Day 3-4

Two Nights at the Taj

Drive to Agra with the rest of the day at leisure, then a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal: the following morning. Later, Agra Fort: built by Akbar in 1565, Itmad-ud-daula: in white marble, and a Marble Workshop where artisans practise inlay work.

Day 5

Bharatpur's Birds and the Train South

Drive to Bharatpur for Keoladeo Ghana National Park, a UNESCO site with 370 species of birds including Painted Storks, Sarus Cranes, Black-necked Storks, Pelicans, Spoonbills and Darters, explored on foot and by traditional cycle-rickshaw. Then the train to Sawai Madhopur and on to Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.

Days 6-7

Two Days in Tiger Country

two private 4×4 jeep safaris daily, early morning and late afternoon, with naturalists and local trackers, searching for Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Striped Hyena and Mugger Crocodile beneath the Ranthambore Fort.

Days 8-9

The Pink City

An optional morning jeep safari before driving to Jaipur. Next day, Amber Fort, Uphill & downhill by Jeeps, Panna-Meena ka kund, Jal Mahal, the Jewel & Carpet Workshops, Jantar Mantar, City Palace and Hawa Mahal.

Days 10-11

The Aravalli Hills

A free morning, or an Optional Jhalana Leopard Safari, then the short drive to Sariska Tiger Reserve, once a royal hunting ground of Alwar State. A morning and an afternoon safari, with a jeep safari accompanied by an experienced naturalist, searching for Tiger, Leopard, Striped Hyena, Golden Jackal, Sambar Deer and Nilgai.

Days 11–12

Return and Departure

Drive back to Delhi, 240 kilometres and four to five hours, with the rest of the day free. The following morning, a departure transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
